1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 88fc platform ("Platform", "Site", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "user"). 88fc provides a safe and reliable online betting and casino service for players in Bangladesh.

These Terms apply in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall take precedence. 88fc reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Account Registration

To open an account on the 88fc platform, users must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false information may result in the permanent closure of the account and the forfeiture of any outstanding funds.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same person, household, device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts found in violation of this policy will be closed.

2.2 Identity Verification

88fc may request the necessary documents to verify a user's identity at any time. 88fc reserves the right to put withdrawal processing on hold until identity verification is complete. Required documents may include: a National ID card, passport, or driving licence.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorised access to your account, notify the 88fc support team immediately. 88fc will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access.

3. Age Limit & Eligibility

Users must be at least 21 years of age to participate on 88fc. The platform's services are available only to those aged 21 and above.

• No person under the age of 21 may use this platform.
• Providing false information about your age is a serious violation and will result in the immediate closure of your account.
• 88fc conducts a verification process to ensure the protection of minors.
• If online betting is illegal in the user's location, that user is not eligible to use the platform.

Professional athletes, referees, officials, or anyone whose actions could influence the outcome of a match may not place bets on the relevant competition.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on the 88fc platform is ৳100 (one hundred taka). This minimum limit applies to each payment method. Accepted payment methods are:

Funds deposited at 88fc may only be used for betting and gaming purposes. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — the payment account and the 88fc account must be in the same person's name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. 88fc may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used to deposit into the account. 88fc reserves the right to hold withdrawals if there is any suspicion about the source of funds or a concern about money laundering.

4.3 Taxes & Charges

Any transaction fees charged by the payment provider are the user's own responsibility. It is the user's responsibility to pay any applicable taxes or duties on winnings.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

88fc offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which must be read before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳10,000 or more will give a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, bringing the total balance to ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus carries a 25x wagering requirement, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: receiving a ৳1,200 bonus means a total of ৳30,000 (1,200 × 25) must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• There is a set time limit for meeting the wagering requirements.
• Certain games may contribute to bonus wagering at different rates.
• Attempting to withdraw before the bonus conditions are met will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Each user may claim each bonus offer only once.

5.3 VIP Program

88fc has five VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier. The maximum weekly cashback is 0.2% at Bronze, 0.3% at Silver, 0.5% at Gold, 0.6% at Platinum, and 0.8% at Diamond.

88fc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be closed.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The 88fc platform offers sports betting, casino games, live casino, and slots. All games are operated in a fair and transparent manner.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets must be clearly confirmed. 88fc will not be responsible for incomplete bets caused by technical issues or disconnections. Please verify all details before confirming a bet.

6.2 Results & Disputes

In any dispute regarding game results, 88fc's decision shall be considered final. If a technical error results in an incorrect payout, 88fc reserves the right to correct the difference. Payments made due to an obvious error may be voided.

6.3 Sports Betting

Markets and odds in sports betting are subject to change. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be re-evaluated in accordance with 88fc's rules. Betting markets are available for various popular sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88fc platform:

• Exploiting any game or betting system in a fraudulent manner.
• Using software, bots, or automated methods to gain an advantage.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability of the platform.
• Gaining unauthorised access to another user's account or defrauding them.
• Using 88fc for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Betting on behalf of, or with funds from, a third party.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of manipulation of game results.

If any such activity is detected, the relevant account will be immediately closed, all funds may be seized, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8. Account Suspension

88fc reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account, for any reason and without prior notice. Accounts may be closed in particular in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of these Terms.
• If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
• In the event of concerns about account security.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period.
• At the user's own request.

• Unauthorised access to an account due to the user's own negligence.
• Service disruptions during unexpected technical failures or server maintenance.
• Issues with third-party software or hardware.

Under no circumstances will 88fc be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Maximum liability will in no case exceed the amount held in the user's account.

11. Responsible Gaming
